Bourse D’études du Gouvernement Malaisien

The Malaysian Government Scholarship (MTCP) is a fully funded scholarship for international students to pursue higher education in Malaysia. It supports 24 to 36 months of master's level study across fields such as engineering, economics/finance, social sciences, and information technology, with scholarships offered through Malaysian public universities. The program aims to share Malaysia’s development expertise and strengthen bilateral ties with developing countries, while enabling participants to gain advanced knowledge and skills for their home countries.

Full tuition coverage, monthly living allowance, book and equipment allowances, accommodation and housing allowances, thesis allowance, travel airfare to Malaysia and return to home country, medical insurance and related allowances

Open to international students from developing countries who wish to pursue master's-level studies in Malaysia.
