World Bank Junior Professional Associate Program

The World Bank Junior Professional Associate program offers a two-year, entry-level professional assignment within the World Bank Group, with opportunities across operations and corporate functions. It targets recent graduates with strong analytical skills and knowledge in fields such as economics, finance, human development, social sciences, agriculture, and environment. Selected JPAs work on projects in a multicultural environment and may pursue careers in government, consulting, the private sector, academia, or development agencies after the program.

Entry-level professional experience at a premier development institution, two-year contract with benefits.

Be 28 years of age or younger on the first day of service; hold the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree; fluency in English (knowledge of additional Bank languages is a plus).
