The DAAD-funded Scholarship in Intellectual Property and Competition Law is a fully funded master’s program hosted by the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) in Germany. It targets students from developing countries for the Master in Intellectual Property and Competition Law, combining full-time studies with practical experience and co-curricular activities. Benefits include a full tuition exclusion, a monthly stipend, health and liability insurance, a relocation allowance, a research grant, and a mandatory two-month German language course before the program starts.

Open to candidates from developing countries who hold at least an undergraduate degree, have not been out of their home country for more than two years, and have at least two years of full-time professional experience in a public authority or a public/private company before February of the intended start year.

Submit an online admission application to MIPLC and then apply for financial support via the MIPLC process, followed by the DAAD scholarship application.
