Intellectual Property and Competition Law Scholarship

The Intellectual Property and Competition Law Scholarship is a fully funded DAAD scholarship attached to the MIPLC LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law. It supports postgraduate studies for candidates from developing countries pursuing a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at Munich Intellectual Property Law Center. The program combines one year of full-time study with practical experience and related activities, and includes a fee waiver, stipend, insurance contributions, travel allowance, and language preparation support.

Full tuition/fees waived, monthly stipend, insurance coverage, travel allowance, study and research allowance, German language course prior to the program

Open to candidates from developing countries, with at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or three-year plus additional degree), and at least two years of full-time professional experience in a public authority or private company in a developing country.
