The Intellectual Property and Competition Law Scholarship is a fully funded DAAD scholarship attached to the MIPLC LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law. It supports postgraduate studies for candidates from developing countries pursuing a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at Munich Intellectual Property Law Center. The program combines one year of full-time study with practical experience and related activities, and includes a fee waiver, stipend, insurance contributions, travel allowance, and language preparation support.

Eligibility
