International Leadership Program Italy 2026

The International Leadership Program Italy 2026 is a four-day leadership development program held in Rome, Italy (19–22 December 2026) organized by the Voice for Rights International Association (VFRI). It brings together young leaders, students, professionals, and changemakers from more than 30 countries and offers funded and self-funded participation options, including a certificate of participation and opportunities for cultural exchange and diplomacy-focused sessions.

Participation in four days of leadership development sessions, airfare compensation (for some funded categories), accommodation, meals during the program, conference access, leadership training sessions, a certificate of participation, and cultural exchange activities.

Applicants from all countries are encouraged to apply and should be a student, graduate, professional, activist, or young leader with an interest in diplomacy, human rights, or international cooperation and the ability to communicate in English.
