Japan-UNDP PALPA Program to Support Afghan Livelihoods

The PALPA program is a one-year initiative funded by the Government of Japan and UNDP to enhance community resilience and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for vulnerable individuals in Afghanistan, with a focus on women and youth in Balkh and Uruzgan provinces. It aims to improve food security, diversify livelihoods, strengthen market links, and improve water management for ecosystem restoration.
