Polaris Fellowship (SWE Intern, Bengaluru)

The Polaris Fellowship is a highly selective six-month residential software development fellowship hosted in Bengaluru by Polaris School of Technology. Ten fellows are embedded inside partner startups, venture funds, and tech companies to ship production-grade AI-native code and run GTM experiments. Fellows receive a monthly stipend and access to a Polaris Global Fund for tools, credits and pre-seed opportunities, plus alumni network and graduation events. The programme emphasizes hands-on product experience across engineering, product, and growth.
