RAISE Grant Program 2025-2026

The Racialized and Indigenous Supports for Entrepreneurs (RAISE) Grant Program 2025-2026 provides a one-time grant of $10,000 along with business development training, culturally responsive coaching, and networking opportunities to Indigenous, Black and other racialized entrepreneurs operating in Ontario. The program supports participants in developing and implementing a Business Action Plan and requires post-program reporting. Applications are open until October 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

One-time grant of $10,000; business development training; culturally responsive coaching; networking opportunities; required program reports and post-program surveys.

Applicants must be Indigenous, Black or other racialized individuals, 18 years or older, legally permitted to operate a business in Canada, and currently living and operating their business in Ontario. The business must meet the program’s specified criteria.

Submit an application by October 1, 2025; applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
