British Council Women in STEM Scholarships 2026–2027

The British Council Women in STEM Scholarships 2026–2027 provide fully funded Master’s degree study opportunities in STEM fields at leading UK universities for qualifying women from eligible countries. The programme covers tuition, living costs, travel, visa and health coverage, and includes mentorship and leadership development. It is aimed at supporting academic excellence and advancing gender equality in STEM by enabling recipients to study in the United Kingdom and develop global professional networks.

Full funding for tuition, living stipend, travel to the UK, visa/health coverage, and language test refund; access to mentorship and leadership development opportunities; study at participating UK universities.

Women from eligible countries who hold an undergraduate degree and are applying for a Master’s program in STEM fields, with willingness to begin studies in the UK in 2026.

Apply through the online scholarship application form via the British Council’s or partner university pages; prepare transcripts, CV, personal statement, recommendation letters and English proficiency evidence; submit by the participating university deadlines.
