Malta ENDEAVOUR II Scholarships 2026 Support Master Degree Admission

The Malta ENDEAVOUR II Scholarships Scheme provides financial support for postgraduate study leading to MQF Level 7 qualifications, including academic master’s degrees, professional master’s programmes, and related vocational qualifications. The scheme targets postgraduate education to help develop Malta’s workforce and public services, with eligibility open to younger graduates and adult learners pursuing Level 7 qualifications. The Fifth Call opened 27 April 2026 and closed 5 June 2026; approved programmes must commence between 27 April 2026 and 26 April 2027.

Financial support toward the cost of pursuing an MQF Level 7 qualification; possibility to accommodate different study formats (full-time, part-time, distance-learning).

Postgraduate applicants pursuing MQF Level 7 qualifications, including academic master’s degrees, professional master’s programmes, or vocational qualifications, may apply; holders of a master’s degree may apply for another Level 7 qualification under the scheme’s rules.
