Chatham House Scholarship 2026

The Chatham House Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded ten-month, in-person fellowship for early- to mid-career researchers to join the Queen Elizabeth II Academy for Leadership and the Next Generation at Chatham House in London. Each of four Academy Fellowships covers living costs, relocation, visa sponsorship, and a leadership development curriculum, with a focus on policy-relevant research. Fellows conduct a defined research project aligned with Chatham House priorities and participate in a structured fellowship programme in London.

Monthly stipend, relocation support, visa sponsorship, accommodation assistance on arrival, and funded research expenses.

Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate research experience; the programme has nationality-specific fellowships and is limited to four positions across nationalities and research areas.
