AIEA Internship Program: 2026 Annual Conference

The AIEA Internship Program offers meaningful, hands-on experience and professional development during the Association of International Education Administrators Annual Conference. Interns help oversee key operational areas and contribute to volunteer recruitment, event logistics, session monitoring, and technology support. Four interns will be selected to work as a team and gain exposure to international education leadership and conference operations.

Stipend, hotel accommodation, letter of recommendation (upon request), access to select conference sessions, networking opportunities, practical experience in conference operations.

Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. English fluency is required; other languages are welcome.
