UNICEF Young Ambassadors Program 2026-2027

The UNICEF Young Ambassadors Program is a leadership and advocacy initiative that aims to empower young people to speak up for children’s rights and youth priorities. Selected ambassadors work with UNICEF teams and partners to raise awareness on key issues affecting young people and contribute to campaigns, consultations, and initiatives at national and global levels. The program provides advocacy training, leadership development, and real-world experience in communication, campaign planning, and public engagement.

Leadership and advocacy training, opportunities to represent youth voices, engagement with policymakers and organizations, networking with global youth leaders, and credentials for future opportunities.

Open to young people who are passionate about advocacy and youth wellbeing and who meet the program's age requirements.
