Re:constitution Fellowships 2026/27

The re:constitution Fellowships 2026/27 is a mobility-based fellowship offering 15 fully funded positions for early- to mid-career professionals to conduct independent research or practical projects focused on democracy and the rule of law in Europe. Fellows receive a monthly stipend during mobility periods and join an interdisciplinary European alumni network, with supported collaborations across host institutions in Europe. The programme invites applicants from Europe and neighbouring regions who work in democracy, constitutional governance, or related fields.

Applicants must be early- to mid-career residents of eligible European and neighbouring countries, and must propose a project focused on democracy and/or rule of law in Europe.
