AuSpire Postdoctoral Fellowship Program 2026 (MSCA COFUND) in Spain

The AuSpire Postdoctoral Fellowship Program 2026 is a EU co-funded postdoctoral training program designed for researchers of any age and nationality. Fellows are employed full-time in Spain for 36 months with structured international and intersectoral supervision, and possible secondments to partner organizations in Spain and Australia. The program provides a full-time contract, social security benefits, a salary above the average for postdocs in Spain, and additional stipends to cover relocation, travel, and family costs, along with training and intersectoral networking opportunities.

Open to outstanding researchers who hold a doctoral degree by the call deadline; applicants must not be permanently employed by their chosen Employing Entity and must meet the Spain mobility rule (not have resided or carried out main activity in Spain for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to the deadline). English language proficiency is required.
