The Siemens ÖGG Scholarships 2026 is a fully funded master’s scholarship for international students to study Geotechnical and Hydraulic Engineering at TU Graz, Austria, with mentorship and access to Europe’s engineering networks. The programme is run under the TU Graz 100 framework in partnership with the Austrian Society for Geomechanics (ÖGG), supporting candidates from Africa, Asia, and South America. It provides substantial financial support across the master’s degree and includes mentoring and thesis guidance in geotechnical and hydraulic engineering.
