Software Developer Internship (PhD) – Summer 2026 (Canada)

The Software Developer Internship for PhD students is a 12–14 week paid research-oriented internship in Canada for PhD candidates in computer science or closely related fields. Selected interns work on real Google projects, with opportunities for mentorship and potential transition to full-time roles after graduation. The program emphasizes research-driven software engineering and system design in areas such as AI, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure.
