Cadieux-Léger Fellowship 2026

The Cadieux-Léger Fellowship 2026 is a government-run fellowship for PhD candidates, providing hands-on policy experience at Global Affairs Canada with a substantial bursary for up to 12 months. It offers a funded research and policy placement inside Canada’s foreign policy apparatus and feeds into policy briefs and real diplomatic work.
