Horizon Excellence Scholarship 2026–2027

The Horizon Excellence Scholarship is a partially funded scholarship for international students to pursue a Master 2 degree at the University of La Réunion for the 2026–2027 academic year. It targets motivated candidates from 16 partner countries and aims to support the transition toward doctoral studies, with a monthly stipend for a 10-month period and access to diverse Master 2 programs across multiple disciplines. Eligible applicants should apply for a Master 2 program and participate in an official selection process through Campus France or Études en France, depending on country of origin.

Applicants must be international students from one of the 16 partner countries, must be enrolled in a Master 1 program or already hold a Master 1 or Master 2 degree, and must apply to a Master 2 program at the University of La Réunion for 2026–2027. They must demonstrate language proficiency and align their study plan with their chosen Master’s specialization.
