The Memur-Sen Akademi graduate researcher scholarship program provides monthly stipends to support thesis-based master's and doctoral studies in the fields of labor life, labor law, and union movements. The program consists of three categories: Master's by thesis scholarship, Master’s thesis scholarship, and Doctorate thesis scholarship, with specified durations for each and annual funding decisions.

Monthly monetary support for eligible programs during the scholarship period; continuation contingent on meeting program and performance criteria.

Turkish citizens enrolled in thesis-based master's or doctoral programs at domestic higher education institutions; programs must be in Ankara within the Social Sciences institutes; acceptance and ongoing study in the specified programs are required.
