Sanko Değer Burs Programı

The Sanko Değer Scholarship Program provides a fully funded opportunity for Turkish students to pursue an overseas master’s degree in engineering. It covers program-related expenses for the duration of the overseas master's study and may include travel support, country-specific assistance, and related services as described by the program rules. Recipients are selected based on eligibility criteria and must commence the program in October each year, with payments made for up to a defined maximum duration.

Direct tuition payments to the overseas institution, annual return travel support, possible international travel assistance, and related services such as pre-departure and adaptation support.

Applicants must be Turkish citizens who demonstrate financial need, have completed or are near completion of their undergraduate studies, and have acceptance to pursue a foreign master’s program in engineering. Additional conditions apply regarding age, employment status, and conduct.
