20. Geleneksel Kitap Okuma Yarışması 2026

The 20th Traditional Book Reading Competition organized by Zeytinburnu Municipality offers groups for 4th-5th grade, 6th-8th grade, high school students, and adults. Participants borrow or provide five chosen books per group and answer multiple-choice questions in a timed exam to win cash prizes and a chance to attend a camp and experience programs with family members. The event emphasizes reading habit development within Zeytinburnu and includes prize categories for each group.

Group-wise first to fifth place prizes in Turkish Lira; additional compensation for top candidates and a chance to join a nature and history camp for the top entrants.

Residents of Zeytinburnu who are enrolled in or residents of the district, spanning from primary to adult categories, may participate.

Applicants must register at Information Houses (Bilgi Evleri) or Youth Centers in Zeytinburnu.
