The Australian Human Rights Institute Global Student Fellowship provides financial support for a placement at a leading international development or human rights organisation in Australia or the Asia–Pacific region. It aims to support students undertaking a placement and to help cover travel, accommodation, rent and living expenses during the fellowship.

Eligibility
Applicants must be a student enrolled in any UNSW degree by coursework, with strong priority to penultimate-year students; must have at least one subject to complete upon return from the Fellowship in Term 1, 2027; must have a WAM of 70+ at application time; must be able to complete the fellowship without compromising their studies; should have a demonstrated interest in human rights and international development.
