Elbistan Belediyesi Ulusal Şiir Yarışması

The Elbistan Belediyesi Ulusal Şiir Yarışması is a national poetry writing contest organized in collaboration with the Elbistan Edebiyat Ve Sanat Derneği. It accepts submissions from Turkish citizens aged 18 and over, with no form restrictions other than the requirement that the poem has not been previously published or awarded. Prizes total 70,000 Turkish Lira, with travel and accommodation covered for entrants from outside Elbistan to attend the awards ceremony.

Prize money for top placements; travel and accommodation for out-of-town entrants; potential publication or acknowledgment.

Open to all Turkish residents aged 18 and over.
