The McGill University Decarbonization Leaders Program is a student-focused leadership and professional development program geared towards decarbonization and sustainability. It includes workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer networking, and mentorship, with a final event and pitch to partners and donors at the end of the program year. The program targets McGill students involved with student organizations in decarbonization or sustainability fields and aims to develop strategic plans for their organizations.

Eligibility
Open to McGill students engaged with student organizations in decarbonization or sustainability; up to two students per organization (1 executive leader + 1 nominee); individuals may apply if joining or forming a student group.
