The Talent Economics Conference is an academic conference on the economics of talent, organised by Global Talent Fund and the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance (EIEF). It brings together researchers to present theoretical and empirical work on topics such as development of exceptional STEM talent, identification of high-potential youth, and the role of exceptional individuals in science and innovation. A PhD workshop and keynote sessions are part of the programme.

Eligibility

Authors may submit complete papers; expressions of interest to pitch a paper or to attend without presentation are also welcome. PhD students and postdocs may submit a statement of interest for the pre-conference workshop.
