The workshop is part of the SOEP-LEE2 project and brings together research on resilience, crisis responses, digital transformation, and cyber security with emphasis on empirical work using survey and linked data on firms, employees, and households. It showcases new data resources from the SOEP research infrastructure and features keynote speakers from international institutions. The event accepts extended abstracts or full papers addressing topics such as organizational resilience, firm responses to shocks, cyber security, worker well-being, labor market effects of digital transformation, and digital inequality.

Eligibility

Authors are invited to submit either an extended abstract (1–2 pages) or a full paper; submissions should include title, authors and affiliations, research question, data and empirical strategy, and preliminary or expected results.
