Information

The IGH-BCCWH Seed Grant Competition invites individuals in low- and middle-income countries and at BC Children’s Hospital and BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre to submit new project proposals for catalytic global health work in research, education, or capacity-building. Funds are provided as Catalyst Grants to develop high-quality, transformative projects, with up to $40,000 available over two years. Projects that are not primarily research-focused will be considered if they include an appropriate plan for evaluation of implementation and impact.

Eligibility

Applications must be submitted by teams that include one Principal Applicant with a full-time position at an LMIC institution and one co-Principal Applicant affiliated with BC Children's & Women’s Hospital or its research institution who can hold funds within their institutions.
