Australian Research Council Future Fellowships 2026

The Australian Research Council Future Fellowships 2026 is a funded research fellowship for mid-career researchers to undertake innovative projects in Australia, across Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS) and STEM fields. It provides substantial grants to support project-related costs, research activities, and salaries over a four-year period. The program aims to attract and retain outstanding researchers through nationally and internationally competitive funding.

Full-time support for four consecutive years (with possible part-time arrangements up to eight years)

Applicants should be mid-career researchers, with a PhD award date on or between March 1, 2011 and March 1, 2021, or an acceptable career interruption period equivalent to that range.
