AWS Startups: Building with Llama 2025 is a six-month virtual accelerator program for US-based VC-backed startups using Llama models on AWS. It offers expert guidance from AWS and Meta, networking opportunities, cloud resources, and hardware/software support to help accelerate AI development and deployment.

Benefits

Up to $200K in AWS credits, access to pre-built AWS solution accelerators, dedicated technical support, model customization and inference guidance, and networking with AI leaders from AWS and Meta.

Eligibility

Open to US-based VC-backed startups (Seed – Series B) under 10 years old.
