About this opportunity

The Pollicy Fellowship is a fellowship program that brings together students, early-career professionals, activists, creatives, technologists, and researchers to explore civic technology, digital rights, and feminist data practices in Africa. Fellows co-create real, impactful work that strengthens communities, influences digital policy, and contributes to lasting change. The program includes mentorship, a stipend, opportunities to publish work, and a final public-facing project.

Eligibility
