Fogarty International Center Global Health Fellows

The Fogarty International Center Global Health Fellows is an NIH-funded fellowship for early-career researchers to conduct global health research, with work conducted in low-income countries and a host placement in the United States. The programme accepts applicants from a range of clinical and public-health disciplines and supports research training at the postdoctoral level. Fellowship duration is typically 1–2 years and includes support for research costs and participant support.

Tuition coverage and may include living expenses and travel costs; support for research costs and a stipend for the fellowship period.

Open to applicants from the listed African countries who are studying at the postdoctoral level. Accepted fields include Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health and Veterinary Science.
