Africa Healthcare Innovation Fellowship (AHIF)

The Africa Healthcare Innovation Fellowship (AHIF) is a 14-week, field-based fellowship that equips young African students and professionals with skills, networks, and hands-on experience to identify problems, design, test, and scale context-relevant healthcare solutions. Selected fellows receive financial support and mentorship to implement healthcare innovation projects. The programme is cohort-based and provides practical project funding and placement support.

Stipend, accommodation, project funding, tuition coverage, potential living and travel expense support, and mentorship.

Open to students from the listed African countries (see eligible countries). Applicants must be students studying at an eligible level.

Prepare academic transcripts, recommendation letters and a personal statement and submit an application via the official AHIF website before the deadline.
