Charlemagne Prize Academy Worldwide 2026

Information

The Charlemagne Prize Fellowship is a one-year, non-resident research fellowship offered by the Charlemagne Prize Academy. It targets European junior researchers, next-generation policy experts, innovators, and thought leaders to develop and implement an individual research project with access to mentoring and networking opportunities, including events with the Charlemagne Prize Network. The program provides financial support and administrative-scientific guidance to help fellows advance their research and engage with international decision-makers.

Eligibility

Postgraduate graduates (preferably Master’s degree or equivalent) who are younger than 35, with professional English (C1), who are EU citizens or resident in Europe, and who can propose a host institution for the fellowship.

Application

Submit a research proposal and required documents between 1 July and 17 August 2025; upload CV, research proposal, and supporting materials.
