Allocations d'études de la Communauté flamande et soutien financier Stuvo (LUCA School of Arts)

The Flemish Community study allowances provide means-tested financial support to students enrolled at the LUCA School of Arts to reduce statutory tuition fees. In parallel, LUCA's Stuvo student services offers targeted financial interventions for artistic supplies, equipment and occasional housing support. The measures aim to improve access to LUCA's campuses in Brussels, Ghent, Leuven and Genk for students with modest financial resources.

Reduced tuition fee (statutory bursary rate); financial aid for specialized art supplies, equipment (photo/video/software) and occasional support for student housing.

Students must be enrolled at LUCA School of Arts and demonstrate modest household resources; eligible persons include Belgian nationals, European Union citizens permanently residing in Belgium, and students with an assimilated legal residence status.

Submit the study allowance application via the Flemish Community's official portal; bursary status is validated by LUCA administration and additional material aid is requested through LUCA's Stuvo service on campus.
