Sciences@Leuven Scholarship

The Sciences@Leuven Scholarship is an excellence scholarship for outstanding international students pursuing a Master's within the Faculty of Science at KU Leuven. It aims to attract global talent to strengthen research and innovation in fundamental scientific disciplines. Awardees receive financial support for living costs, a tuition waiver (except minor administrative fees), and health and liability insurance. Selection privileges academic excellence, the relevance of the research project and quality of academic recommendations.

Monthly allowance of 1000 EUR; tuition fee waiver (except administrative fees); health insurance and liability coverage.

International students who have never been enrolled at KU Leuven, with an excellent academic record, strong motivation for scientific research and proof of English proficiency.

Apply online via the KU Leuven portal by enrolling in the chosen Master's programme and submitting the specific scholarship application form.
