Relais Innovation Terrain

The Relais Innovation Terrain is a field-based role supporting the rollout of pilots and engaging farmers in rural Senegal. The position involves working with farmers, community leaders, and influencers to promote adoption of new solutions, collecting data, and contributing to product and process improvements based on field findings. The role requires on-site work in Thiès with regular travel to intervention zones and a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and data collection.

Minimum Bac+3 in agronomy, rural development or a related field; first-hand experience working with farmers or rural communities is highly desirable; ability to work autonomously and travel regularly to field sites.
