Stagiaire Téléconseiller

The Stagiaire Téléconseiller is a short-term position within Marie Stopes Sénégal, focusing on client and prospect contact through phone, email, chat, and SMS to provide information and refer to appropriate MSI Senegal services. The role involves handling inquiries, promoting services, updating client databases, and supporting outreach activities related to sexual and reproductive health.

Bachelor-level qualification (Bac+3) in gynecological obstetric sciences, nursing, marketing/communication, or international trade/sales; experience in health services or customer service is desirable.
