Opérateur de terrain Kaolack

The VIS field operator position in Kaolack is a oneyear contract for young people to support planning, coordination and implementation of project activities on the ground. The role involves coordinating with partner training centers, identifying and selecting beneficiaries, engaging with communities, and assisting in administrative and reporting tasks related to the project focusing on youth employment, inclusion and professional insertion.

Young people aged 15 to 34 years with secondary or higher education; minimum 3 years of experience in an NGO or civil society organization is desirable; strong French language skills required.
