MARION Science + Storytelling Prize 2025

The MARION Science + Storytelling Prize invites ACT-based writers of all ages to creatively explore science through storytelling. It accepts original short written works in essay form, poetry, short stories, or hybrid writing responding to the 2025 National Science Week theme. Prizes are awarded across age categories with open, youth, and senior divisions.

Prizes awarded in three age categories: Open (18+), Youth (under 18), and 65+; cash prizes for winners and runner-ups in each category.

Open to ACT-based writers of all ages, with age category selection required at submission time.
