The National Tuberculosis Control Program (PNT) through SEN-Z-MOH_GC7 subvention seeks to recruit at the national level a specialist in Gender and Human Rights to provide technical support. The assignment lasts one year and involves advising on gender and human rights activities in TB response, developing national policy on gender and patients’ rights, planning and monitoring activities, and strengthening capacities of health actors. The consultant works under direct supervision and collaborates with the PNT’s Human Rights and Gender Focal Point, with an office provided.

The candidate must hold a Doctorate in health law or an equivalent qualification, with substantial experience in human rights and gender in health, and at least ten years of professional experience in human rights and TB or priority diseases.
