AFRIVAC is recruiting two teleoperators to support the test phase of a health information project. The role involves assisting users of a mobile health platform, responding to concerns from target beneficiaries, and communicating medical guidance issued by medical advisors while handling data. The assignment runs from 2024-11-01 to 2025-07-31 and targets 6,500 women to enroll and follow up.

Fluency in at least two national languages, including Wolof; good understanding of health issues related to maternity and vaccination; ability to convey medical instructions from doctors and to manage individual data; interest in mobile health platforms.
