The RGPL 2025 recruitment is a government program to hire field enumerators and supervisors to conduct the General Census of the Population and Dwellings in Gabon. It targets nationwide data collection to inform public planning and policy. Recruited agents will be trained and deployed during the main counting phase from November to December 2025.

Candidates must be Gabonese nationals, aged 18 to 55, with at least a level of secondary education, fluent in a local language, able to work with populations with low literacy, and available for the entire census period (through December 2025).
