The Digital Banking Director is a senior leadership role at Orabank Gabon responsible for designing and implementing the bank's digital strategy across electronic payments, online banking, mobile banking, and agent networks. The position requires strong experience in banking services, digital channels, and regulatory knowledge, with oversight of performance metrics and cross-functional projects. The role is based in Libreville, Gabon, and involves coordinating with the Group's Digital Banking unit and reporting to the General Management.

Candidates should hold a BAC+4/5 in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Management, with at least 7 years of banking experience, including 5 years in electronic banking or digital financial services.
