WE4A 2026 – Entrepreneuriat Féminin pour l’Afrique

The WE4A 2026 programme, run by the Tony Elumelu Foundation, supports African women entrepreneurs with an idea or existing startup showing potential for growth and socio-economic impact. It offers structured phases including online application, entrepreneurship training, business plan submission, a pitch to a jury, and access to seed capital, complemented by world-class training and mentorship. The programme aims to strengthen the African entrepreneurship ecosystem across the 54 countries on the continent and culminates in access to accelerator funding and a completion certificate.

World-class training, mentorship from African and international experts, support in refining the business plan, participation in the TEF Entrepreneurship Forum, seed capital to develop the business, and a certificate of completion.

The programme targets African women entrepreneurs with an innovative idea or a growth-potential startup.
