Bourses de recherche doctorale et postdoctorale « Eugen Ionescu »

The Eugen Ionescu Programme offers three-month mobility scholarships for doctoral students and francophone researchers to conduct research at partner Romanian universities, strengthening scientific capacities in priority disciplines. It aims to foster international mobility and academic collaborations between francophone countries and Romanian institutions. The program is funded by the Government of Romania and coordinated by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF).

Three-month immersion at a Romanian partner university with access to institutional resources and potential research collaborations.

Applicants must be doctoral students or researchers at affiliated higher education institutions belonging to AUF member institutions, and originate from an OIF member state or observer state.

Submit a doctoral or postdoctoral scholarship application via the AUF application portal; documents must be in French and complete at submission.
