McCain Institute National Security & Counterterrorism (NSCT) Fellowship 2026

The NSCT Fellowship is a yearlong, non-residential program that brings together 14–15 rising national security professionals from across the Five Eyes alliance. It is designed for early- to mid-career leaders with demonstrated commitment to public service, and fellows participate in immersive training and leadership development across in-person modules in Washington, D.C., London, and Canberra. Fellows remain in their full-time roles while gaining access to high-level briefings, scenario-based exercises, and a broad professional network.

Citizens of Five Eyes countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, or United States) who are early- to mid-career professionals with leadership and public service experience in national security or counterterrorism.
