The Fundação Botín offers a two‑month academic program for university students in Latin America to study at prestigious universities in Spain and Latin America, with a focus on strengthening public function and public service. Fellows participate in university courses and field visits to enhance knowledge relevant to governance and public administration. Graduates join a regional network of public servants and apply their learnings to their home countries.
