African Future Lab AfaRise Fellowship 2025-2027

The African Future Lab AfaRise Fellowship is a program for activists, practitioners, researchers and artists engaged on projects tied to decoloniality, racial justice and reparations. Fellows participate in regular virtual gatherings, develop and advance their projects, and gain access to a network of peers and platforms to showcase their work. A stipend is provided per working session, supporting participants as they contribute to reparative justice efforts across Africa and Europe.

Access to the African Futures Lab network, opportunities to showcase work through conferences and podcast platforms, potential for collaboration with the team, and a stipend per session to support commitment.

Open to activists, practitioners, researchers and artists engaged on projects tied to decoloniality, racial justice and reparations based in Africa and Europe.
