Ireland Fellows Programme Casement Fellowship in Human Rights 2026-2027 for Nigerians

The Ireland Fellows Programme Casement Fellowship in Human Rights 2026-2027 provides a fully funded opportunity for Nigerian nationals to undertake a master’s level course of study in Human Rights in Ireland. The programme is funded by the Irish Government and includes academic fees, visa and medical insurance, economy flights, a residence permit, and living allowances. Selected participants join a three-stage application process with support from the Irish Embassy and ICOS.

Paid academic fees, visa, insurance, flights, residence permits, settling-in allowance, departure allowance, monthly living stipend, and accommodation support.

Be a resident national of Nigeria; have at least two years of substantial work experience relevant to the proposed studies; hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA as specified; not hold a master’s level qualification; be able to commence a master’s program in Ireland no sooner than August 2026; demonstrate leadership and SDG commitment; identify three relevant programs from the Casement Fellowship Directory; and be able to take up the fellowship in 2026/2027.
